📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with potential and existing members to understand their fitness goals and needs.
• Sell and promote membership packages, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Provide personalized fitness plans and guidance to members.
• Assist in organizing and leading group fitness classes and workshops.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and member engagement metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the fitness industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of fitness and wellness trends and products.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in fitness training or a related field is a plus.
