🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Proven experience as a Hub Leader or similar role in a logistics company.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in using WMS and TMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
