📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project proposals to secure new business opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and requirements.,Write and edit proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client needs.,Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to secure contracts.,Track proposal performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in proposal development.,Manage proposal timelines and ensure deliverables are met within agreed deadlines.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management or business development.,Proven track record of developing and managing high-quality proposals.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
