📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage compliance reports, including detailed documentation of inspection findings.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and property owners to address any non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with local authorities to ensure all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to create and manage building documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.
• Provide guidance and support to property managers and staff on building safety and compliance matters.
• Ensure all properties are maintained to high standards, both aesthetically and functionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, building compliance, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Building Compliance or a similar relevant field (e.g., Certified Property Manager, LEED AP).
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for building documentation.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar tools.
