🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BPO or customer service, preferably in the insurance or travel industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience supervising a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and travel insurance policies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
