📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans.
• Support teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Engage with children in interactive and fun learning experiences, fostering their curiosity and creativity.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure all children's needs are met, including special educational needs.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all resources are readily available for use.
• Promote and uphold the values and policies of Taylor's Education Group, ensuring a positive and inclusive culture for all staff and children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Early Years Educator, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with a focus on play-based and experiential learning.
