CV Jaya Garuda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
