📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage treasury operations including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and risk management
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed
  • Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a treasury role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and treasury management
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
