Changi General Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing patient experience and feedback processes. This is a contract position with a focus on improving our healthcare services through innovative strategies and data-driven insights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction.,Analyze patient feedback and survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with various departments to address patient concerns and implement solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient experience initiatives.,Lead and mentor a team of patient experience coordinators.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in patient experience management.,Report on patient experience metrics and KPIs to senior management.,Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient experience or related roles in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.,Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
