📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective tutoring programs to help students achieve their academic goals.,Develop and maintain a curriculum that meets the needs of the students and aligns with the school's academic standards.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and parents on their progress and performance.,Collaborate with other members of the teaching staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices and incorporate them into your teaching methods.,Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Provide support and guidance to new tutors and interns as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in education, a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of educational best practices and trends.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective tutoring programs.,Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to incorporate it into your teaching methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other members of the teaching staff.
