📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Support senior tax consultants in conducting tax audits and investigations.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with changes in tax regulations.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses to clients and management.
• Assist in the development of tax strategies and plans for clients.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in tax compliance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and international tax standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tax software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
