The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
