Nest One Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Canggu. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to organize and facilitate training programs and workshops.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as document processing and filing.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.,Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Indonesian citizenship or work permit.
