📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
