📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fleet Coordinator or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
