📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of office buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Handle and resolve facility issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work with our team to implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and facility conditions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Strong knowledge of office building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
