📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients.,Ensure that food is prepared and presented in an appealing manner.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
