📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to identify the best culinary talent for our restaurant.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier culinary professionals.
• Collaborate with the executive team to understand our hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with our business goals.
• Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and reference checks to ensure the integrity and suitability of candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the team.
• Utilize recruitment software such as Greenhouse or Lever to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier culinary talent.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including culinary roles and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
