📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
