📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet, including vehicles and drivers.,Monitor and track vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles are serviced regularly.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and suggest best practices.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
