📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by the health center.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Represent the health center at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in sales and financial management.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
