📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and skills.,Create training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff members during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training sessions as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
