📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of retail facilities, ensuring they meet company standards and regulations.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address any issues or needed improvements.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.,Develop and implement facility improvement plans to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.,Conduct site visits and audits to assess facility performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
