📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process payroll for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.,Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly and annual payroll reports.,Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance and retirement plans.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Provide HR support to managers, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with external payroll service providers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in payroll management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Previous experience working in a remote or international environment is a plus.
