Express Mission Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of our solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and outreach.,Develop and present technical proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solar PV and BESS solutions.,Manage client relationships from initial contact to post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, including engineering, procurement, and installation.,Provide technical guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements in the renewable energy sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in the renewable energy sector.,Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and BESS technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local regulations and incentives for renewable energy projects in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
