📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and manage live streaming events using platforms like OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for content creators and KOLs.
• Ensure high-quality production standards for all live streams, including audio and video quality.
• Train and mentor content creators and KOLs on best practices for live streaming.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of live events.
• Monitor and optimize streaming performance to minimize latency and maximize viewer engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming.
• Provide regular reports on streaming performance and viewer engagement metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in live streaming operations or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in live streaming platforms and software, such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Strong understanding of audio and video production techniques.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in live streaming technologies is a plus.
