📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Promote RADIUS Indonesia products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
