• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to secure projects and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the interior design and renovation industry.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients, ensuring clear communication of project details and timelines.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of results.
• Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and provide regular updates to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and establish new business connections.
• Manage and grow the company's client portfolio, focusing on high-value, long-term relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the interior design or renovation industry.
• Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Understanding of the interior design and renovation industry, including knowledge of materials, trends, and regulations.
