Jaya Jaya Auto Service is looking for an experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer retention and acquisition.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.,Identify and address customer needs and concerns promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer service.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
